Bossman Sandwich Buffet- Your choice of two meats, two sides, homemade sauce, buns, dessert and disposable utensils for $9.00 a person (dropped off) $12.00 per person (fully catered) Kids under 10 are half price with children under 3 eating free. (Minimum of 15 people)

Bossman Chicken, Hot Links, Chopped Meat or Rib BBQ Spread-Your choice of smoked chicken, BBQ spare ribs, or hot links and one chopped meat selection, any three sides, BBQ sauce, dessert, utensils. $12.00 per person (dropped off) $14.00 per person (fully catered) Kids under 10 are half price with children under 3 eating free. (Minimum of 15 people)

Meat by the pound- Pulled pork, Beef Brisket, Chicken, Hot Links. $8.00 per pound. ( One pound will feed 3 people)

Rack of Ribs- Saint Louis Style spareribs $18.oo a rack (One Rack serves 1 or 2 people)

Bossman Specialty Meat Orders- Slow Smoked Turkey, Ham, Prime Rib, Homemade Pastrami; Buffalo. These prices will depend on market cost. Please contact us regarding this selection.

Sides- Potato salad,mashed potatoes, Homemade Cole slaw, BBQ Pit beans or assorted Potato Chips. Sides are sold by the pint, quart or gallon (except chips, by the bag), starting at $2.25 and up.

Desserts- Desserts ranging from cookies, brownies, and fresh made Key Lime pies.

Beverages- Soft drinks, lemonade, etc.  .75 Each

Homemade BBQ Sauce and Rubs- Pint- $2.50 / Quart-$7.50

Kids Q- If when ordering you would prefer something different for the kids, Bossman Bar-B-Que can substitute hot dogs or Hamburgers for kids upon request.
