Meat by the pound- Pulled pork, Pulled Beef, Brisket, Chicken, Hot Links ETC. $11.00 per pound. ( One pound will feed 3 people)
Rack of Ribs-Saint Louis Style spareribs $18.oo a rack (One Rack serves 1 or 2 people)

Beverages- Soft drinks, lemonade, etc.
Homemade BBQ Sauce and Rubs- 12 oz bottle $8 or 24 0z bottle $14
Kids Q-If when ordering you would prefer something different for the kids, Bossman Bar-B-Que can substitute hot dogs or Hamburgers for kids upon request.
*All orders require a 50% deposit upon ordering with payment in full due upon delivery of the event.
