Bossman Bar-B-Que is the brain child of Chuck and Stacy Marting. After much encouragement from family and friends, the Martings decided to share with the world there unique Barbeque products barbeque to the public. Chuck has long been along time Barbeque enthusiast and has experimented with different homemade sauces and rubs from time to time to find the unique flavor and taste that keeps family and friends coming back for more.
In November of 2006 Chuck was asked to be a contributing writer to “Get your Grill On” (www.getyourgrillon.net) Chuck covers topics from the art of brining to selecting the right cut of meat to smoke. Check this site often for recently posted articles and tips to help make your smoking experience a memorable one!
In 2006 Bossman Bar-B-Que began competing in BBQ events. They also began a catering business to offer the taste of true wood smoked barbeque to Northeast Colorado that they feel has been missing. Our hope is that once you try our “Q” you and your family will never settle for frozen, boiled or fast food barbeque again because we truly believe that “Eating bad BBQ is Criminal.”
