I LOVE whole hog BBQ and thought this was a well done video with the history of the Skylight Inn and how they prepare and serve their BBQ.

I’ve only made whole hog once and it was a great experience. I’d do it again, but only having a BGE and a small offset are kind of an issue, so I’m just doing whole hog one butt at a time
