It was a hot long summer day of packing the trailer and loading the smoker, getting ready for our next Bar-B-Que contest when the UPS man pulls up to the house with a package for me. My wife looked at me with the “What did you order now look” to which I plead my innocence (for once) that no I didn’t order anything.
